Terms of Service

Welcome to Affinity Alliance. By accessing or using our 3x3 forced matrix platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not register or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a member. By joining, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. The Platform is void where prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your participation is compliant with local laws.

2. Membership Tiers & Upgrades

The Platform operates a 3x3 forced matrix with four membership levels:

• Associate (Free): Initial registration level. No earning rights until upgrade.
• Bronze ($10 one-time upgrade): Must be activated within 6 hours of sign-up (see Section 5). After upgrading to Bronze, members become eligible to earn commissions from their downline.
• Silver ($20 upgrade from Bronze): Upon upgrading, the member keeps $10 as immediate profit. The remaining $10 advances them to Silver.
• Gold ($100 upgrade from Silver): Upon upgrading, the member keeps $80 as profit. Gold members receive $100 from each of their 27 Level-3 downlines, totaling $2,700.

All upgrade fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

3. Earnings & Commissions

Commissions are generated strictly from downline member upgrades:

• At Silver level: Receive $20 from each of 9 Level-2 downlines (total $180).
• At Gold level: Receive $100 from each of 27 Level-3 downlines (total $2,700).

Commissions are credited to your internal Platform wallet instantly when your downline completes their upgrade. No commissions are earned from Associate-level members.

4. Withdrawals & Fees

• Minimum withdrawal amount: $10 (USD equivalent in crypto).
• Withdrawal fee: A flat 10% fee is deducted from every withdrawal request. Example: Request $100 → $10 fee → $90 net received.
• Supported cryptocurrencies: USDT (TRC20 & BEP20), USDC (BEP20), DOGE, LTC, TON, SOL, BNB, TRX.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours. You are responsible for network transaction fees (gas fees) imposed by the respective blockchain.

Affinity Alliance reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals during security audits or scheduled maintenance.

5. 6-Hour Activation Rule (Critical)

To maintain the integrity of the 3x3 matrix and protect upliners' earnings:

• Newly registered Associate members must upgrade to Bronze (pay $10) within 6 hours of sign-up.
• If the $10 upgrade is not completed within 6 hours, the account will be automatically and permanently deleted without notice.
• No refunds or restorations are possible after deletion. Former users may re-register, but the 6-hour clock restarts.
• This rule is strictly enforced by automated systems.

6. Spillover System

In a 3x3 forced matrix, each member can have a maximum of 3 direct referrals (Level 1). Any additional referrals beyond 3 will automatically "spill over" to downline members several levels deep. Spillover assignments are determined algorithmically and are final. No member may claim ownership of spilled referrals.

7. Downline Tree & Upliner Messages

Each member has access to view their full 3x3 downline tree via the dashboard. Upliners may leave a message visible only to their direct referrals. Such messages may include social media group links (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.). You are solely responsible for the content of your upliner message. Prohibited content includes: illegal activities, harassment, spam, or fraudulent schemes.

8. Deposits & Cryptocurrency Disclaimer

All deposits must be made using one of the supported cryptocurrencies. You are responsible for ensuring you send the exact amount to the correct wallet address shown on your dashboard. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Affinity Alliance is not liable for:

• Lost or misdirected funds due to user error (wrong address, wrong network).
• Blockchain network delays or forks.
• Fluctuations in cryptocurrency value before, during, or after transactions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without payout:

• Creating multiple accounts (one user, one account).
• Attempting to manipulate the forced matrix (e.g., self-referrals, fake identities).
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Spreading false information about Affinity Alliance.
• Promoting the Platform through illegal channels (spam, unauthorized ads).

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms. In case of termination for cause, any pending withdrawals may be forfeited. You may voluntarily close your account by contacting support, but no refunds of upgrade fees will be given.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. We do not guarantee any specific earnings. Past earnings are not indicative of future results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affinity Alliance and its owners, administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency, arising out of your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total upgrade fees paid by you to the Platform in the 6 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affinity Alliance from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

14. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard announcement. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform and close your account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (or other jurisdiction designated by the Platform owner), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. Each party waives the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Affinity Alliance.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your account without our written consent.
