• Transaction Data: We record all upgrade payments (Associate → Bronze, Bronze → Silver, Silver → Gold), commissions earned, withdrawal requests, and 10% withdrawal fees applied.
• Downline & Upline Data: Your position in the 3x3 forced matrix, referrals, spillover assignments, and any messages or social group links you share with your direct referrals.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and activity logs to prevent fraud and ensure platform security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the 3x3 forced matrix system.
• Process your $10 Bronze activation, $20 Silver upgrade, $100 Gold upgrade, and commission payouts.
• Enforce the 6-hour account activation rule (accounts not upgraded to Bronze within 6 hours of sign-up are permanently deleted).
• Calculate and deduct the 10% withdrawal fee from every withdrawal request and enforce the $10 minimum withdrawal amount.
• Display your downline tree and facilitate upliner messages with social group links.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or abuse of the spillover system.
• Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

3. Cryptocurrency & Financial Data

All deposits and withdrawals are processed using cryptocurrencies. We support: USDT (TRC20 & BEP20), USDC (BEP20), DOGE, LTC, TON, SOL, BNB, and TRX. We do not store your private keys or seed phrases. Transaction details are recorded on the respective blockchain networks. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your wallet addresses. Affinity Alliance will not be liable for lost funds due to incorrect addresses.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:

• Inactive accounts: If you do not upgrade to Bronze within 6 hours of registration, your account is automatically and permanently deleted from our database.
• Active members: Your data is retained while you participate in the matrix. After you complete the Gold level and withdraw all funds, you may request account closure. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or tax purposes.
• Transaction logs: Kept for 5 years to comply with financial regulations.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information:

• With your upline/downline: Your username and downline position are visible to members in your matrix tree as necessary for the referral and commission system. Your email and wallet addresses are not shared with other members unless you choose to disclose them via upliner messages.
• Service providers: Third-party hosting, analytics, and anti-fraud services (e.g., Cloudflare, reCAPTCHA) under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication for admin access, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
